We are looking for a conscientious COORDINATOR to join our small team, whose main tasks will be to coordinate and organize the work related to the residence building and activities. The Narva Arts Residency will develop its education strategy and is looking for a HEAD OF EDUCATION PROGRAMMING. He/she will be responsible for developing, leading, and launching educational activities. The educational activities will draw on the existing exhibition program, the work of the art residencies, and the historic building itself. The project will run until the end of 2023, but the aim is to find ways to continue the collaboration in the long term. The position will be part-time, with a flexible contract format. NART is looking for a daring and capable PROJECT MANAGER for the second season of the “Narva Venice Embassy”. In the summer of 2022, NART successfully carried out a project in the Narva Venice boat garage association. During the summer, five international artists brought their bold projects to Kulgu, events took place, and the first issue of the Kulgu newspaper was produced. In 2023, the aim is once again to build links between local and art communities. We are looking for a leader or team member for this project. The work will be part-time and concentrated around the summer season. Read about the project here, and see more information about the competition here

We are looking for enthusiastic GUIDES to introduce the exhibitions at Narva Art Residency to visitors. A good candidate will have an interest in contemporary art, and be confident and outgoing. The salary will be symbolic, and the work will be schedule based. Click here for more details.

If you’ve been waiting for a way to get more involved with Narva Art Residency, now is your chance to come along and get involved! Applicants do not need to meet all the requirements, it is more important that they are motivated to work in an active arts institution where life is bustling every day.
