Welcome to an evening of fun and frolic, where Indian cinema meets memories of the Soviet era. The event is on 28th of February at 17.30.
Join us for a special Indian dinner night featuring a screening of Shree 420, directed by the legendary Raj Kapoor. During the evening, we will also briefly explore the historical connections between Indian cinema and the Soviet Union, reflecting on how these cultural ties developed alongside the growth of Soviet internationalism. Most importantly, we warmly invite you to share your own nostalgic memories—perhaps your first encounter with Indian cinema or a favorite song that still lingers in your heart.
The event begins at 17:30. The film screening starts at 18:00 and runs until 21:15, including a 15-minute intermission and a break for dinner and snacks.
