Check out the photos from “Kreenholm Ceremonies” which took place on 14 December, and brought audiences to the Kreenholm island and the former Kreenholm administration building.
Visitors experienced a special performance by the Tuhmat duo (FI), alongside numerous installations responding to the unique aspects of this place, for example dragon teeth made of concrete. Stevie Ronnie (UK) used original Kreenholm bricks to create paint, offering a reflection on the place through the concept of love. Weronika Trojanska presented a delicate work focused on Finno-Ugric laments, which will soon also take shape as a printed booklet.
