Let’s meet by the water for Murmur, a participatory project shaped by symbols, colors, and the wind — where kites become messengers. Inspired by the forgotten use of military kites to send messages, this installation traces the invisible lines of the border. A parade of boats will ride along the edge carrying floating messages. Come see what stories the wind carries.
